At CorCare, our mission is to provide a safe, Christian environment that supports men transitioning from incarceration into a life of purpose and integrity. As a leading halfway house in Lubbock, Texas, the Hope Christian Center offers a sober, structured space where individuals are challenged to break free from cycles of incarceration and embrace lasting transformation. Through mentorship, peer support, life skills training, and access to essential resources, we empower men through our Texas prison reentry program to rebuild their lives, restore their dignity, and reintegrate into society as strong, responsible Christian leaders. Our transitional housing model ensures that each individual has the support they need during this critical phase of their journey.
Our first initiative is currently underway in Lubbock, Texas. By early 2026, we will launch our flagship program, The Hope Christian Center—a twenty-four-bed halfway house designed to support men transitioning out of the Texas Prison System.
Eligibility will be extended to individuals who have completed qualifying restorative justice programs while incarcerated. Upon release, residents will continue their personal growth through the Journeys Curriculum, which emphasizes spiritual development, emotional decompression from incarceration, and the replacement of destructive behaviors with constructive life practices.
Over a period of 9 to 12 months, participants will engage in hands-on life skills development, workforce readiness training, and character formation grounded in Christian values, making this a vital resource for Texas prison reentry.
Graduates of the Hope Christian Center will emerge as alumni equipped with full-time employment, access to a strong support network, and financial resources for stable housing and reliable transportation. This comprehensive approach ensures that determined, hard-working men are given the tools and support necessary to successfully rebuild their lives and contribute positively to their communities through effective transitional housing.
Coming Soon to our Lubbock Texas halfway house! This transitional housing facility is designed to support individuals in their prison reentry journey, providing essential resources for successful reintegration into society. Stay tuned for more updates on Texas prison reentry services.

Isaiah 45:2-3 I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron: 3 And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the Lord, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.
